These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AOS websites, storefront, AOS mini-app surfaces, accounts, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, signing in, browsing products, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
AOS provides a commerce experience for browsing products, checking out with exact-amount USDT payments where available, and related account features such as orders, points, and referral records. Brand experiences such as AOS are part of the same Service and share account state with the mall.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Accounts and authentication
You may create or access an account with email/password or supported social providers (such as Google, X, or TikTok when configured). You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Products, pricing, and orders
Product descriptions, inventory, shipping estimates, and prices are shown for ordering convenience and may change. An order is accepted when our systems confirm payment and create an order record. We may refuse or cancel orders for fraud, inventory, pricing, or compliance reasons.
5. Payments
Where USDT checkout is offered, you must send the exact amount on the named network to the payment details shown for that order. Incorrect networks, amounts, or delayed transfers may prevent automatic matching. Payment confirmation status displayed in the Service is informational until settlement rules are satisfied.
6. Points, referrals, and rewards
Purchase points, referral points, milestone estimates, and order reward ledgers are program records. Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, points and projected values are not cash, are not withdrawable balances, and may be adjusted for errors, abuse, refunds, or rule changes. Pending rewards are not settled income.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with operations, creating fake accounts or invite fraud, scraping beyond ordinary use, or violating applicable law.
8. Intellectual property
AOS branding, interface designs, software, and content are owned by AOS or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service as offered. You may not copy or reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by law.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that third-party networks, wallets, or social login providers will always work.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AOS and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to AOS for the specific order giving rise to the claim in the prior three months, or (b) USD 50.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or if we discontinue the Service.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page.
